Are you a Director of Quantity Surveying, or Associate Director from a Commercial background looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be responsible for spearheading strategic growth within a well-established multi-million £ turnover Consultancy who provide the chance to undertake process improvement, ongoing business development and to play a key part within the Directorship team?

This company are a specialist Consultancy who work with a broad range of blue-chip clients within the Commercial Sector. They have 200 employees nationwide across over 10 offices, and are experiencing an exciting period of growth having opened several new offices recently.

In this autonomous role your workload will be split between focusing on strategy and business growth, as well as managing a varied portfolio of commercial projects. You will be a key member of the directorship team and will also undertake end-to-end work across pre & post construction including cost planning, consultancy and liaising with clients and supervising more junior members of the team.

This position would suit a Director / Associate Director of Quantity Surveying looking for a technically challenging leadership role where you will play a key part in the ongoing growth of a multi-faceted, well-established consultancy operating within the Commercial sector.

* Mentor and oversee junior team members

* Director / Associate Director or Quantity Surveying
* Commercial background
* MRICS Qualified
