My client is a leading Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent reputation in the market. They require a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will lead on multiple projects across the northwest. Delivering a good variety of projects within commercial construction.
Typical values are from 10million up to around 60million. As an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will have ability to lead and mentor team members. As a business they have a solid secured pipeline of work for 2025!
Reporting directly to the commercial director you will be responsible for cost management and project reporting. My client offers flexible working options, in which you will have the ability to prioritise and manage your own workloads.
You will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
