A prestigious, world-leading Construction and Property Consultancy is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Manchester.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be immersed in a broad spectrum of projects, beginning with Senior Living and Care Home developments, and progressively branching into the Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Retail sectors. This role, based in the Leeds office, offers a unique blend of both Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent duties, allowing the successful candidate to collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of projects from inception to completion.
