A well-known, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team, based in Manchester.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering a range of high-profile and varied projects. With a portfolio spanning culture, heritage, art, education, leisure, hospitality, high-end residential, student accommodation, blue light, and hotels, no two days will be the same.

You'll join a supportive and vibrant team, working on projects from inception to completion, providing exceptional cost management services to a loyal and growing client base.

This role offers exposure to a mix of sectors, delivering projects of various complexities and values, ensuring you will continuously develop and broaden your skillset.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage projects effectively and professionally.

  • A Quantity Surveying Degree, RICS accredited
  • Ideally working towards or achieved MRICS accreditation
  • Proven experience delivering projects in sectors such as heritage, education, or hospitality
  • A solid understanding of both pre and post contract services
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • UK consultancy experience
