As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in delivering a diverse range of high-profile projects, across various sectors such as culture, heritage, education, leisure, hospitality, luxury residential, student accommodation, and more, benefitting from a varied and rewarding workload.

This position offers the chance to manage projects from inception to completion, providing exceptional cost management services to a well-established client base.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will thrive in a supportive environment and demonstrate the ability to manage projects efficiently and professionally.

  • A Quantity Surveying Degree, RICS accredited
  • Ideally working towards or achieved MRICS accreditation
  • Proven experience delivering projects in sectors such as heritage, education, or hospitality
  • A solid understanding of both pre and post contract services
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • UK consultancy experience
