Our client are a reputable construction company who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects in the residential sector. They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

Ideal candidate:
- JCT Contract experience
- Predominately office with occasional site visit
- Housebuilding experience
- Happy to visit sites across the North West
- Hardworking and motivated attitude
Duties:
- Procuring materials andsubcontractors.
- Preparation of tender documents for any subcontractworks.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
- Preparation of final accounts.
- Identifying commercial risks.
- Monitoring cash flow.
