Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision and a knack for detail?

Join our client, a leading name in the fire protection industry, and play a vital role within their dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Team.

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a background in the fire protection sector, to provide key commercial support across a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert commercial assistance to project teams.
  • Review terms and conditions at the tender stage.
  • Prepare monthly project progress valuations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submissions of variations.
  • Monitor site progress and identify potential delay events.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred, but candidates with a background in construction services will also be considered.
  • Strong analytical ability and a talent for interpreting complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Solid knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential.
