The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in shaping our success. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Contract Excellence: Ensure that every contract we enter has the right terms and conditions, and that all commercial risks are identified and managed.
- Strategic Forecasting: Deliver accurate monthly financial forecasts and proactively challenge costs and resource allocation.
- Subcontract Management: Oversee the letting, negotiation, and financial control of subcontracts, ensuring projects run smoothly and profitably.

What We're Looking For:
- Qualification: HND/Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with solid experience in construction and contract law.
- Skills: A sharp eye for detail, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
