Our client, a leading contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing costs and budgets for cladding, roofing, and facades projects from inception to completion.
  • Preparing accurate cost estimates, procurement strategies, and final accounts.
  • Conducting value engineering and cost analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Collaborating closely with the project teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:
