My client is a well established passive fire protection specialist, overseeing fire stopping and fire door works across the North West and the surrounding areas.
They've been through some well planned organic growth over the past 3 years, and are forecasting to double their revenue in the next 3 years. Due to this continued growth, they're looking to employ a quantity surveyor to take full management of the commercial functions for their projects.
You will have come from a construction background, and whilst passive fire knowledge is preferred, it is by no means essential as the expertise can be taught.
You will be pro-active, and ambitious - this is the sole commercial function within the business, so it presents an excellent opportunity to shape the function of the role and can lead to some really exciting careers prospects in the long run.
