Quantity surveyor

Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from 50k - 2 million / Contractors work is split heavily focused on CATB Commercial fit out with a sprinkle of construction works involved.

Job Description:

Pre-Construction:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.

Construction Phase:

• Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
• Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.

Post-Construction:

• Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
• Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation

This is a Permanent Position paying between 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 including Package involving Death in service x4, Enhanced Sickness/ Healthcare, Vouchers and Flexible working.
