This role offers the opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established team focused on projects at the forefront of the infrastructure sector. Furthermore, the role will entail working with high-profile clients, developing your consultancy skills and diversifying your sector experience. Role Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing various contracts to align with project goals and policies.
  • Delivering precise project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting until project completion, in adherence to the budget.
  • Proactively monitoring and managing cost variances and contract cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely application submissions.
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to oversee project deliverables, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and objectives, including program performance, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Efficiently managing contract changes while maintaining governance standards and implementing best practices.
  • Spearheading enhancements in forecast and budget accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, possess a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Preferably hold or be progressing towards membership in an appropriate professional body or equivalent accreditation.
  • Proficiency in Contract Management, preferably with NEC3 experience (Option C preferred).
