V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing across South England. Their aim is to unlock housing opportunities in the places where homes are needed most.

Duties will include:

  • Spending 2 weeks travellingdown South managing projects and 2 weeks at their office in Manchester.
  • Procuring materials and subcontractors.
  • Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
  • Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
  • Preparation of final accounts.
  • Identifying commercial risks.
  • Monitoring cash flow.
  • Assisting with the CVR.
  • Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers
  • Reporting to the Managing QS
  • Looking after programs
  • Travel around South/ South - East England
