Duties will include:
- Spending 2 weeks travellingdown South managing projects and 2 weeks at their office in Manchester.
- Procuring materials and subcontractors.
- Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
- Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
- Preparation of final accounts.
- Identifying commercial risks.
- Monitoring cash flow.
- Assisting with the CVR.
- Working closely with the site teams including Senior Project Managers
- Reporting to the Managing QS
- Looking after programs
- Travel around South/ South - East England
