Experienced Construction Quantity Surrveyor required for a large commercial office refurbishment and facilities management contractor.
Predominantly based in Manchester and surrounding areas this is a permanent opportunity.
Must have relevant certification and be able to provide in depth and up to date CV in quantity surveying. Must have own transport and be willing to work in areas outside of Manchester when required.
Duties will involve :
Cost planning and estimation across the life cycle of your projects.
Producing estimates and budget reviews acrross a wide range of sectors.
Collect data, analyse and define the needs of the clients and stakeholders.
Produce analysis and benchmarking reports that promote value for money and identify and define unit cost analysis.
Liase with cross function teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
Package will offer experience dependant :
45 - 50K per year annual salary
