We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in New House Building to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to fire protection. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management and contract procurement.
Responsibilities- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities- Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work- Conduct risk assessments- Provide advice on contractual claims- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards
Experience- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor- Strong knowledge of New house build- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in cost control
