TS Recruitment are actively working with a Main Contractor who are looking to add an additional Quantity Surveyorto theirteam to work on high end housing and apartment conversions.

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
Key Responsibilities
- Commerciallymanage 2-3 projectssimultaneously
- Conduct site visits for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings
- Manage subcontractor and supplier approvalsand procurement processes
- Prepare and issue contracts
- Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
- Reconcile invoices and approve payments
- Prepare and submit final accounts

- Work on luxury housing and apartment conversionsoften on listed buildings
- Involvement in new build and refurbishment projects, focusing on commercial luxury accommodation
- Property values often £500- £1 million plus

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Sector: Construction main contractor or fit out experience
- Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
- Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
- License: Valid UK driving license
