Responsibilities:
As the lead Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on this high-profile project, youll be responsible for the financial and contractual aspects of the build from inception through to completion. Key tasks include:
- Overseeing cost management, budgeting, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met.
- Managing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Leading monthly progress reviews and project reporting, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating risk to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
