Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity?

Our client, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dedicated Gas Pipelines Division.

Your Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Oversee cost management for high-profile gas pipeline projects, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and project planning.
  • Lead contract administration, including negotiation, documentation, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior surveyors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the gas or utility sectors.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional membership with RICS or equivalent is highly desirable.
