Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Cost and Project Management Consultancy in Manchester is seeking to expand their team with a new Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be stepping into a key role in a rapidly growing office, with the opportunity to truly make the position your own. You will have the chance to lead and develop a team, while working on a varied pipeline of projects, primarily focused on façade remediation initially.

This position is ideal for someone with strong connections in the Manchester market, who is interested in business development and growing new workstreams. Experience in façade remediation is not required; what matters most is your ability to leverage your local contacts to expand into new sectors.

With the flexibility to shape your role and the potential for significant career progression, including a pathway to Associate Director, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing consultancy.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• The desire to grow a team, get involved in business development and expand into new work streams as well as deliver projects
