Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

  • Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified.
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and the ability to challenge resources and costs.
  • Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting.

The Candidate

  • Educated to HND / Degree Level in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Role.
