They are a well-established consultancy in Scotland looking to expand in England, so there is plenty of opportunity to progress and grow with the business. A team of 4 in Manchester looking to grow significantly over the next couple of years and you could be a part of this growth. Based in Parsonage Gardens just off Deansgate.Your new roleIn this role you will be involved in pre and post-contract stages as the company works closely with contractors. You will be involved in delivering estimates, tenders, costs. In here you will be working on a range of leisure sector projects such as swimming pools and gyms as well as student accommodation ranging from few thousand pound refurbishments to multi-million pound new build projects.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced quantity surveyor with a degree in Quantity Surveying ideally chartered though if you have the experience and can work autonomously that will be of interest as well.What you'll get in returnIn return alongside your salary, you will be offered a hybrid working approach with working from home available.
