My client are a leading housing and property developer currently turning over 200m. They deliver high quality family homes and residential developments priding themselves on creating modern, ecofriendly, and sustainable communities across the North West.

They are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on luxury high-rise D&B residential tower block projects in Manchester city centre, valued at up to 60m.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:

  • Take the lead in all financial matters related to construction projects
  • Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
  • Prepare and evaluate subcontractor agreements
  • Collaborate with the project team to monitor and control project expenses
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior members of the quantity surveying team
