Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary: 55,000 - 60,000

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage projects in the healthcare and education sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management, from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Lead cost management for healthcare and education projects.
- Prepare tender documents and manage contracts.
- Handle variations, change control, and final accounts.
- Advise clients on procurement and project costs.
Key Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in healthcare and/or education.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract law.
- RICS accredited or working towards chartership (preferred).

- Salary up to 60,000 - dependent on experience
