Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage projects in the healthcare and education sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee cost management, from budgeting to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Lead cost management for healthcare and education projects.
  • Prepare tender documents and manage contracts.
  • Handle variations, change control, and final accounts.
  • Advise clients on procurement and project costs.

Key Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in healthcare and/or education.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management and contract law.
  • RICS accredited or working towards chartership (preferred).
