Your new roleAs a senior quantity surveyor you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of estimates, budget setting, cost control, monthly cash flows and managing projects across the portfolio. As a senior QS you will also manage a team of two quantity surveyors and two apprentices whilst working alongside another senior quantity surveyor and reporting into the director of building consultancy.

What you'll need to succeedYou will be degree qualified quantity surveyor and be a member of a chartered body (i.e. MRICS). You will be able to work autonomously and have team management and mentoring expeirence.
