Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

The Ideal candidate will have:

* Review the contracts programme and ensure a robust procurement strategy is in place

* Good knowledge of construction contracts particularly the JCT & NEC Forms of Contract

* High levels of organisational skills

* Excellent numerical, IT and problem-solving skills

* Lead and manage junior staff, ensuring workload targets, deadlines, and commercial tasks are met and updated monthly

* Overseeing measurements, valuations and cost reconciliation for all works
