As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with clients to navigate complex contracts, resolve issues, and drive business success.
Your Role
- Be the go-to person for contract negotiations, delay notices, and extensions.
- Use your contractual QS expertise to spot key risks and opportunities.
- Influence stakeholders, ensuring projects stay commercially sound.
- Keep an eye on the big-ticket items-because every contract on your desk matters.
- Work face-to-face with clients, solving problems and keeping projects moving.
What You Bring
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- A solid understanding of contracts and construction law
- Experience in contractual quantity surveying (not just project QS)
- A professional, personable approach-clients need to trust you
- The ability to keep calm under pressure and find solutions, not problems
