Joining a team of 16, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to take the next step towards Associate Director level. The role is ideal for someone with the drive and ambition to influence both the business and the team's growth.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on a leadership role, managing junior team members while delivering a diverse range of projects. This position is focused on the professional side of the industry, working closely with funders, developers, and major corporate clients, rather than being site-based.
Projects will cover multiple sectors, including industrial, office, residential, and development monitoring. There will also be opportunities to contribute to feasibility studies and high-profile commercial projects, providing exposure to key clients and significant career development.

- Ideally qualified with MRICS
- Previous consultancy experience
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Successful track record running projects from start to finish
