A well-established regional Property Consultancy, known for its dynamic and highly regarded Quantity Surveying team, is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy recognised nationally for its exceptional social and environmental responsibility and consistently ranked among the best employers for staff satisfaction and workplace culture.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

  • Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
  • Act as Employer's Agent on select schemes
  • Assist in the resolution of disputes and claims
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across healthcare, education and residential sectors

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • MRICS or actively working towards
