A dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Manchester team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of high-value projects and fast-track their career towards Associate Director level.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee a varied and exciting portfolio of schemes across commercial, healthcare, residential, heritage, and government sectors. A key initial responsibility will be leading a landmark 135m, five-hospital refurbishment and lifecycle programme for a prestigious healthcare client.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be entrusted with delivering key commercial outcomes, managing project teams, and building strong client relationships. You'll play a strategic role in shaping major developments while also contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester office.
This position offers a clear route to Associate Director, with opportunities to lead teams, mentor junior colleagues, and drive business success across multiple sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
You will ideally have:
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within UK Consultancy Environments
- Healthcare experience is highly desirable
- Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
- The desire to grow and lead a team
- Confident and client-facing individual
