The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading consultancy that has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Higher Education, and Retail. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of these projects, managing both client relationships and project teams to deliver outstanding results.

Your role will encompass full project lifecycle management-from inception to completion-while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall growth of the Manchester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background in a Consultancy
• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Strong Consultancy background
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
