About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review tenders, estimates, and contract documentation.
  • Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement to ensure maximum financial returns.
  • Provide financial and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee risk management, value engineering, and change control processes.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare reports on project performance, budgets, and forecasts.
