The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a world-renowned company with a well-established team in Manchester. You'll lead projects across sectors including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education.
With surveying expertise spanning from director to junior level, you will be joining an established and amiable team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in UK Construction Consultancies
- MRICS is highly desirable or working towards chartership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident in client meetings
- Capable of managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- Leadership and team management skills
- Full, clean driving license (desirable)
