Your new company
A national multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a new, growing team in Manchester. You will be working alongside structural engineers, architects, building surveyors looking at projects from inception to completion.
You will be based in a state-of-art, open-plan office in the centre of Manchester, which makes it great for collaborating with the other teams and is easily commutable on public transport or driving.
Your new role
In this role you will work on projects across commercial office space, the leisure sector such as hotels, sport facilities, and high-rise residential. You will be a part of a team of three with plenty of support and an opportunity to move your career forward.
Initially, the work will be more pre-contract, but as the projects progress and go on site, you will be involved post-contract as well.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree qualified quantity surveyor with MRICS or MCIOB status and few years PQE experience. You will have UK-based experience with building consultancy or a contractor. An ambitious individual wanting to work with a great name in the industry.
