Based in North Manchetser, the office is easily commutable and offers plenty of parking on site. Your new roleIn this role you will get involved in cost management, estimation, and project assessment, focusing on heritage and conservation projects. If you are a building surveyor looking to transition into a quantity surveyor role, this could be the perfect fit for you. Day-to-day you will be delivering cost plans, financial forecasts, supporting the preparation and evaluation of tenders, preparing monthly applications for payments, delivering building condition surveys. What you'll need to succeedYou will be degree qualified in building surveying or quantity surveying with some experience within the industry and a keen interest in working as a quantity surveyor.
