We’re working for a nationwide business who are looking to add a Fall Protection Technician with working at height or mechanical background/experience to carry out maintenance & install tasks across the UK.
The role will require you to work on inspection, maintenance, repair and installation services of access and safety equipment located on buildings, understanding the mechanical aspects of the equipment.
As a Fall Protection Technician, you will be working alone and with the wider Fall Protection team, providing maintenance services and repairs to fall protection equipment on buildings.
You will be able to work at height and ideally have past experience of working at height and works can include some early starts and weekend work on certain sites with travel around the UK.
Key responsibilities

Inspection and testing requirements for fall protection equipment

Fault finding and reporting back on safe means of repairs

Installation of fall protection equipment to relevant construction and British Standards

Completing paperwork and relevant documentation

Confident in dealing with various stakeholders from engineering team, directors, suppliers and customers

Clean driving licence essential
