Workshop Fabricator
Manchester
Long-Term Ongoing Contract
15 per hour + Holiday Pay


My client is currently seeking one or two Workshop Fabricators to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for picking materials, assembling components, issuing, and delivering to site, working within the materials/logistics team based in Manchester.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with rail materials or installation experience to contribute to a dynamic team in the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and assembling materials for delivery to site
  • Issuing and delivering materials in line with project requirements
  • Working closely within the materials/logistics team
  • Ensuring task briefs are followed to meet quality and safety standards
  • Supporting line-side civils and installation activities

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification
  • Drivers licence (preferred)
  • Small Tools training
  • Prior experience with rail materials or installation
  • Knowledge of line-side civils
  • Ability to follow and execute task briefs accurately
