Branch Manager - Sales and Lettings -

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £35,000On Target Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000

Are you an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead both the sales and lettings team with a leading independent estate agent? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee their residential sales and lettings operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate both sales and lettings teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across sales and lettings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the residential sales business.
  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
  • Track and report on team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving sales and lettings targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a management role and exposure to both sales and lettings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
