UK Staffing Group are currently looking for an experience Estate Agent in the residential property sector for a growing business based in Manchester City Centre. The successful Estate Agent will join a flourishing company that has an established portfolio of 150+ fragmented residential properties in Manchester City Centre including flats, houses and student properties. Our client is opening a brand-new estate agency branch to their business and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to build your own branch in the business.
Job Role:The successful candidate will ideally have experience within residential Estate Agents in Manchester. Using your organisational and networking skills, you will be responsible for valuing properties, buying and selling them on the market to the public. You’ll be entrusted to manage the offer process and guide customers to buying properties whilst providing excellent customer service and a smooth customer journey. Your role will be based between the office and meeting clients.
The business is led by a seasoned Director in the property investment market who is ambitious and emphasises building and growing employees within the business. Success in this role can see you potentially building your own department and building a team to assist you.
Essential skills/experience required:
- Residential real estate background
- 3-5 years management experience
