We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Lettings to lead the lettings function for a growing Build-to-Rent portfolio. The successful candidate will drive occupancy, rental growth, and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence in compliance with all relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all lettings operations, from marketing vacant properties to ensuring maximum occupancy and rental growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and resident services teams to enhance property presentations and brand visibility.
  • Oversee customer referencing, lease agreements, and renewal processes to optimise rental income and tenant retention.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct rental analysis, and implement creative incentive strategies to boost performance.
  • Deliver successful property launches and resident engagement events.
  • Liaise with maintenance and credit control teams to streamline processes and minimise void periods.
  • Develop and implement efficient, tech-driven business solutions.
  • Ensure resolution of lettings-related complaints and compliance with company policies.
  • Mentor and manage the Lettings Team Leader and oversee performance reporting against KPIs.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Level 3 ARLA Propertymark qualification (essential); IRPM qualification (desirable).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of lettings legislation.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with commercial awareness and resilience.
