Lettings Consultant

Salary: 22k-24k Basic (DOE) + Bonus/Commission (OTE = 35k-40k)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

The successful candidate will have a passion for property, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Consultant:
* Respond to prospective tenant leads and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
* Qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable available properties
* Register applicants on the CRM and maintain a tenant database
* Schedule and conduct property viewings
* Extract rental offers on the best possible terms for our clients
* Communicate with and update clients from across the world, keeping their best interests in mind
* Collaborate with wider teams (sales, completions, progression, property management, accounts)
* Client onboarding and pre-marketing property inspections
* List properties onto the CRM as required
* Negotiate offers between landlords and applicants, including price adjustments
* Carry out Right to Rent Checks

The Key Requirements of the Lettings Consultant:
* Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience required
* Highly communicative, a 'people person'
* Target driven and composed in a fast-paced environment
* Organised and punctual
* Sales experience in any field desired but not essential
