Lettings Manager

Join a renowned Manchester-based residential developer as a Lettings Manager. This is a rare chance to work for a company many dream of joining.

You will lead a small lettings team, establish efficient processes and systems, and work closely with the senior board members to develop a strategic roadmap for the department's growth.

The main Responsibilities of the ideal Lettings Manager:

  • Grow the existing lettings department by developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
  • Review current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Advise on resource requirements to expand the department, recruiting and training team members as needed.
  • Occasionally conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and close business deals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the senior team to develop a long-term strategy for the department, aligning with the overall company goals.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in the lettings industry, preferably leading a team as of recent
  • Proven track record in lettings
  • Experience with making key decisions to impact department growth
  • Wider knowledge of lettings and property management operations
  • Someone who is ambitious and committed
  • Self-motivated and passionate about property - especially luxury developments!
  • A full UK driving license is preferred
