Lettings Manager

You will lead a small lettings team, establish efficient processes and systems, and work closely with the senior board members to develop a strategic roadmap for the department's growth.
The main Responsibilities of the ideal Lettings Manager:
- Grow the existing lettings department by developing new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
- Review current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
- Advise on resource requirements to expand the department, recruiting and training team members as needed.
- Occasionally conduct viewings, negotiate leases, and close business deals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with tenants to address their needs, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with the senior team to develop a long-term strategy for the department, aligning with the overall company goals.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in the lettings industry, preferably leading a team as of recent
- Proven track record in lettings
- Experience with making key decisions to impact department growth
- Wider knowledge of lettings and property management operations
- Someone who is ambitious and committed
- Self-motivated and passionate about property - especially luxury developments!
- A full UK driving license is preferred
