As the ideal candidate you will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for property.Responsibilities:* Actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with clients* Conduct viewings and provide feedback to landlords and tenants* Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements* Manage the tenancy process from start to finish, including referencing, contract signing, and inventory checks* Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both landlords and tenants* Meet and exceed individual and team targetsRequirements:* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable (1 year with an estate agent)* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong negotiation skills* Self-motivated and driven* Ability to work well in a team environment* Knowledge of the local property market is desirable* Full UK driving license and access to a car is essentialIf this is sounds like the role for you then please apply with your CV today!!
