Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and support throughout the letting process.
  • Property Listings: Take responsibility for listing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental agreements.
  • Marketing: Utilise various channels to market properties effectively and attract potential tenants.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure all paperwork and legal documentation related to tenancy agreements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Compliance: Stay updated with lettings regulations and ensure all processes adhere to legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in lettings negotiation or property management is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates with a strong sales background.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
