Lettings Negotiator
Salary: 28-32k Basic + Bonus
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm) + 1 in every 4 Saturday's (get time back in Lieu)

Our client is looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to join their vibrant team as a Lettings Negotiator.
The Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator:
* Play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of residential properties
* Conduct property viewings and handle negotiations between parties
* Providing advice to landlords and tenants on regulatory requirements and procedures
* Provide market insights and advice to clients
* Addressing queries and concerns from both landlords and tenants
The Key Requirements of the Lettings Negotiator:
- Full, clean UK driving license is essential as you will receive access to a company/pool car to conduct viewings
- Proven experience working within the property industry is essential
- Previous experience working as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator is desirable
- Brilliant organisational and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for property and ability to deliver excellent customer service within this field
