Working hours Monday - Friday 9am-6pm - No lates or weekend work

We are proud to be partnering with a leading Sales & Lettings Consultancy in Manchester. This role is working exclusively on high end Manchester city centre property within the new build market.

Previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator/Property Consultant is essential for this role, so we are looking to hear from anyone with previous Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator experience in the Manchester area.

This opportunity is ideal if you are ambitious, the role has the potential to fast track your career into management and beyond. You will be working with some of the best housing stock in Manchester and will have a constant flow of highly desirable property to take to market. This is an end-to-end sales negotiator role so you will be managing clients’ expectations and relationships, marketing/promoting your housing stock, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and closing sales. You will also have the chance to get involved in valuations if you are looking to broaden your skills set.

Where this role really differs is you will be part of a small but emerging team so there is a chance for you to really make you mark and career progression within this role could happen quickly for the right person.
