Exciting opportunity to join a new-start, Partner led, Advisory practice with senior team exposure. Extensive mid-market experience working alongside other K3 group service lines. Opportunity to be part of an ambitious team with a strategic plan to grow aggressively with initial offices opening in London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham

K3 Capital Group is looking for candidates at all levels to join a new advisory led real estate division within the Group.

Ideal candidates will:

• Be a Chartered Surveyor, or working towards APC
• Have experience Receivership experience
• Have experience in managing FCR/LPA appointments
• Be able to provide valuations advice and assistance
• Be able to support Clients with options analysis and contingency planning
• Have Stakeholder Management experience 
• Be able to work alongside colleagues from our Restructuring business

We would also invite candidates with experience of handling formal insolvency matters to support the advisory engagements.
