- Negotiable basic salary + £85,000 OTE

- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Property Portfolio Management: Build and manage a diverse portfolio of investment properties tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process.
- Previous Sales Experience – whatever the sector, it is essential that you have extensive experience in achieving sales targets, qualifying clients and building relationships.
- Real Estate Knowledge is essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
