The Key Responsibilities of the Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Manage the seamless onboarding process for new landlords, integrating them into our portfolio with ease.
  • Provide expert guidance on the rental market, helping landlords maximise their investment returns.
  • Take ownership of re-marketing properties, ensuring swift tenant placement for relisted stock.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to successful tenant placement.
  • Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying and upselling additional products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, proposing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to share updates and monitor performance.
  • Work closely with the Lettings team to achieve both personal and team targets.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Proven experience in Lettings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month
