Job Description for a sales consultant
- Dealing with sales enquiries from high-net-worth clients
- No cold calling
- Arranging and conducting viewings throughout Manchester
- Building and enhancing client relationships
- Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
- Negotiating offers, offering a consultive approach
- Successfully negotiation a deal to exchange and completion
- Diary management
- Preparing move ins for clients
- Selling high volumes of both on and off plan properties
Job skills for a sales consultant
- Exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organisation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in property is not essential
