They are based in Trafford and so are easily accessible on public transport but also driving in as there is parking on site. Your new roleIn this role you will look after the existing assets in Salford which include, offices, retail units, parking and leisure sector buildings. You will inspect the properties, deliver rent reviews and lease renewals and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.What you'll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working as a property manager looking after commercial property.
